THE ROLE
​
With our customer portfolio expanding, we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Parts Advisor to join our ever-growing team in our busy Sales Department. The Customer Parts Advisor will work closely with various departments to ensure a smooth flow of operations from the initial order to shipment of parts whilst meeting the needs of our customers.

The role and responsibilities include:

Working closely with global teams to provide parts and services.

Processing orders received.

Advising customers on products and parts to help them make the correct purchase.

Working closely with our Shipping Coordinator for shipping customer orders and producing the correct documentations.

Working closely with Stock Controllers to ensure the Warehouse has an adequate level of stock and parts.

Being an intermediate between both the customer and Engineering department for customer product inquires.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
​
We’re looking for a self-motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
​
You should be well organised with a keen eye for detail; and be capable of prioritising busy workloads in a time-sensitive environment.
​
You should have good communication and teamworking skills and work effectively whilst following direction as well as under your own initiative.
​
You should have strong computer skills with knowledge and understanding of computerised stock control systems.
​
A basic knowledge of vehicles and their technical parts is preferable but not essential, and experience in a similar parts/sales environment would be an advantage.
​
You should have a high standard of customer service skills and experience, and the ability to deal with customer inquiries/complaints.
