THE ROLE

​

With our customer portfolio expanding, we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Parts Advisor to join our ever-growing team in our busy Sales Department. The Customer Parts Advisor will work closely with various departments to ensure a smooth flow of operations from the initial order to shipment of parts whilst meeting the needs of our customers.

​

The role and responsibilities include:

​

  • Working closely with global teams to provide parts and services.

  • Processing orders received.  

  • Advising customers on products and parts to help them make the correct purchase.

  • Working closely with our Shipping Coordinator for shipping customer orders and producing the correct documentations.

  • Working closely with Stock Controllers to ensure the Warehouse has an adequate level of stock and parts.

  • Being an intermediate between both the customer and Engineering department for customer product inquires.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

​

We’re looking for a self-motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

​

You should be well organised with a keen eye for detail; and be capable of prioritising busy workloads in a time-sensitive environment.

​

You should have good communication and teamworking skills and work effectively whilst following direction as well as under your own initiative.

​

You should have strong computer skills with knowledge and understanding of computerised stock control systems.

​

A basic knowledge of vehicles and their technical parts is preferable but not essential, and experience in a similar parts/sales environment would be an advantage.

​

You should have a high standard of customer service skills and experience, and the ability to deal with customer inquiries/complaints.
