To maintain a happy and enjoyable work experience, M-Sport has a Work Culture Team that comes up with new ideas and plans events for after-work hours. Additionally, we have a monthly internal newsletter that keeps employees up to date with various projects and events happening at M-Sport. The newsletter also spotlights one employee each month who has been a standout member of staff. This is then posted on social media.
