“I made a mistake through Ouninpohja which cost us about 20 seconds. It was a fast part of the stage where we were in sixth gear and flat-out for many seconds. There was a chicane after a fast corner. We missed the braking point and had to reverse.

“We have some things to improve and I want to be more precise with my driving. There is still a big fight for the podium and if we remain focused on ourselves and on continuing to improve then it’s all to play for.”

“We’ve made a good improvement today. The conditions probably didn’t suit us so well yesterday, but we’ve also made a good step with the set-up and the feeling in the car is a lot better.

“The gaps are so close at the moment and there is still a very long way to go so who knows what can happen. We just need to focus on doing the best job we can and see where that gets us.”

“There were some very nice stages today. It wasn’t so easy, but it’s always enjoyable to drive these roads. I’ve not felt so confident the last couple of days and it feels like something is missing. But we’ll try to improve the set-up this afternoon and get a better feeling.”
